"MASA" in "MASA'S KITCHEN 47" comes from the name of the chef Masahito Namazue,
and 47 stands for countries of "Shina (China)".

Making full use of traditional techniques while incorporating the essence of the Pacific, MASA'S KITCHEN 47 presents an out-of-the-box and flexible world of Chinese cuisine.
Having "Refined chinese food" as a concept, MASA'S KITCHEN 47 brings out the best flavors of seasonal ingredients, and cordially serves delicate and gentle, and at times, wild tastes in dishes.

Gentle tastes by enhancing the natural flavor of the materials.
Course meal will delivered to the table as a portion, not as a platter.
Seasoning is used just to bring out the flavor of the material.
Using less Chinese or hot peppers so as to go with sensitive wines.
Served over modern white plates, some don't look like Chinese but once you eat them, you will taste nothing but Chinese flavor.

The inside of the restaurant is stylish with mixture of stainless-steel and warm wood.
Seated in a wide marble counter table that circles the open kitchen, you can watch chefs rolling out dumpling skins of Xiaolongbao, listen to a pleasant sound of stirring pots, smell spicy savor and feel the exciting atmosphere of kitchen.
There are 2 private dining rooms in the back of the restaurant for people who want to enjoy meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
